I have been unable to cancel my contract with legal wise.
When i called the Randburg branch to cancel no one answers the phone and i am not able to go there as i have a busy schedule.
I sent a request on the 13 February 2013 to cancel my contract with them and i only received a confirmation from their call centre. My April statement shows that they are still deducting money from my bank account.
All i need is for Legal wise to cancel my contract immediately as i do not see why it was not done
