I requested a refund for vouchers I bought where I could not be accommodated for a Beauty Treatment Voucher and 2 Restaurant Vouchers where I had a bad experience with the restaurant cancelling my first booking and then being closed when I turned up to the second booking. After that I could not get hold of them and was not going to give them a third chance!
The reply I got from Groupon was that I could not get a refund, but could be given a credit to be used for future purchases. I was happy with that, but have not received the credit nor had any response to my further emails. Conveniently the customer services survey link did not work so I could not select the "Bad Service" option.
I tried to call the call centre, but am always about number 25 in the queue and I can't afford to spend that long on the phone each time!
Very unhappy with the non-existent customer service!
