PRODUCT ORDERED: Corkscrew and an Ice Master ice maker
I have made a phone call a week to Groupon Call Centre to find out what's going on. Every week, someone either tells me that the product will be delivered to my doorstep 'this Friday', or that they would call me before close of business that day with feedback.
I still do not know where my product is and why it hasn't been delivered yet! This is beyond acceptable!
