How long does it take to refund?

We paid for a weekend break and after two weeks of nothing we called groupon to inquire regards the voucher, whereupon we were told that the offer was not available due to lack of take up. A refund was promised and after three weeks we are still waiting! You just get passed around and fobbed off with petty requests all of which we have completed many times. Incredibly poor service and disregard for custom care!!!
