It is elementary Groupon!!! Get the basics right!

I've been waiting for 4 weeks for delivery. Sent e-mails & tried to contact call centre but simply don't have time to wait in queue for 60 other calls.

I've received no response to my e-mails - IVR states "we are experiencing high volumes on our Christmas shopping, please check your latest e-mail update".
Should be "due to our non-existent service... we're experiencing high call volumes..."
- queue mystery solved for you:
1. "our office hours are from 8:30 am" - line only activated at 8:34am?
2. Call centre agent couldn't spell - I had to spell everything... hence unnecessary extention on the call & more people longer in the queue
3. She had to check on details - waiting time for me of about 10mins - hence longer waiting time for other callers in queue..

& they had my delivery address wrong!! One which I checked as correct at time of order...

I ordered from Yuppiechef on Tuesday a much smaller item - delivery was today, correct address handwritten note from the team. would then rather opt for them in future..

Groupon, choices are simple. Invest in Customer Service PROPERLY or close your doors. If you don't, the public will close it for you by voting with our clicks away..
