I ordered my 9 year old daughter Christmas gift from Santa Motorised Scooter 3 December spending R890 was allot but a gift my daughter really wanted They Disappointed a little girl who's last year of believing in Santa!!!
After hours on the phone and we about to go on holiday I asked that they phone me as I am on leave and will not get e-mails!! Needless I got a mail when I came back from leave in January responded the same day to say it will be delivered the 23Dec, and that time I was away I was on the phone on the 7th January saying never received anything and what did the call centre support tell me they don't have stock! What are you guys doing taking orders and not having stock... my guess all the money is in an account and just think how much interest you will get from all the people waiting for refund or the order
I am now waiting for my money to be refunded let's see how long this will take
