On the 27th of January i booked a ticket via the internet for my aunt to fly to durban on the 28th of January, however i couldn't complete the payment process on the sid therefore i paid for the ticket via online banking but i didn't confirmation for the ticket so i called the customer service and was told by yandisa that the confirmation would take up to 72 hours to appear and that we should wait for the current booking to expire and make a new booking. so we did that and we made another booking telephonically with Yandisa and paid via a credit card. We paid for both tickets and but it was one passenger and she said she will put in a request for a refund and that would take 6-8 weeks. Ive been calling the customer service but I'm being taken from pillar to post and we still haven't been contacted regarding the refund.its 6 weeks now and still no news from them and still being told that the refund department is working on it. we even have proof that 2 payments were done but it seems like they not interested in issuing us with our refund.
