I have booked flight tickets with Travelstart and paid R46 579.00 on the 22 October 2012 and cancelled the tickets, they send a mail to say we will loose R774.00 per person and I mailed them to say Iexcept the los of R774.00 per person. I mail and phone and they just dont respond or come back to me and I feel the airlines that they use to book tickets on their behalf and make money should know about the bad service that we the customer get from Travelstart.
