I have Flexi Club points, of which I have been a loyal and paying user for over 15 years ..2 years ago I was financially crippled and I begged for them to take the points back as I could no longer afford the R9000 odd annual fee... (paying for a roof over my head was more of a concern)...
Flexi Club refused point blank to do this and have set the lawyers Louis Hansmeyer on me with the threats of re-possessing belongings, blacklisting etc etc.
I have explained to Flexi Club and to Louis Hansmeyer - but it falls on deaf ears.
Please can anyone help me with an answer - they want over R23 000 from me before they take the points back- suggestions please as this is ridiculous - I don't have the money and have asked them to reposess the points... now what?
Please be very careful if you are looking at buying these points - its like death... once you are "IN" you can't get out...!!
