We bought timeshare from holiday access (on that day the promising salesman sold it as flexiclub) in july 2012. It is a year since we have it and still we havent booked anything with them because we still havent received any of our documents after many phonecalls and if we phone the reservations to find out if there is places available, the only answer we get is that you cant book weekends in school holidays. Holiday access is the worst wayi have ever wasted my money. I will inform friends and family to stay away as far as possible and to tell their friends and family as well.
