We have been requesting an itemised bill from Mtn from 05 April 2013. 5 days and 6 calls to the call centre, all saying that we will receive a email with the bills in the next 2 hours I gave up hope and emailed customer service. After 10 emails I still don't have the itemised billing. This is beyond ridiculous!!! How long does it take the billing department to extract 3 months itemised billing??
