I'm a bit behind paying my telkom bill, so I figure I'll use their online bill payment capability. I enter all my personal card details on their https system, and as I hit the confirm button, the system has an HTTP 404 (page not found error (for reference: the url is [URL Removed] Now I have no clue if the payment has progressed or not...
I phone the call centre (10210) who transfer me to someone who has no idea of the online system in billing who says I have to go to the telkom branch to pay... actually on reflection, maybe she knew a lot more than I gave her credit for!
I still have no clue if the payment went through and how to check on it...
Terrible experience from a listed technology company!
