Debit in my account

My mother notice a debit of about a R1000 in her account in September 2013. On enquiring with her bank it was indicated that is for the cellphone contract she has with Autopage. My mother does not have any account as she has been a pensioner for more than 20 years. Autopage confirmed an account exist in her name, the ID Number and a debit order also issued in her bank account. Autopage provided me with the cellnumber linked to this contract. At the time of reporting this matter, the cellnumber was active. The number is 0826168444 and cannot be linked to my mother. An affidavit was forwarded to Autopage wayback in October to assist with the investigation. However the debits to the amounts ranging from R800-R2500 are continually debited into her account until this date. On Monday the 03rd an amount of R3000 was debited into her account again. Dineo, a consultant from the Investigation department has not been helpful as the problem has not been sorted. Today Lucia and Stephanie from customer tell me that the case is still beein investigated but AUTOPAGE is continuing to debit the account four months after this case was reported.
