I March 2012 my contract expired and still getting messages from debt collectors that i am owing them r1047 which i'm not aware of, They handed me over to Att van de Venter Mojapelo Inc, the letter dated 28/7/2012 when phoning them to make arrangements the person at attorneys informed me to sent written letter to them to cancel the contract, I faxed the written letter on 1/8/2012 to the fax nr 08414329, spoke to Bongani,
Since then I did not receive any cancellation letter from them and they phoned me several times after contract expired and informed I owe them money, they also did not sent any statements since then,
This year in August I received a sms from a certain Pholosa debt collectors that I was handed over by Cellc, when phoning them the woman was not even willing to listen to what I am saying and asking if I did receive a cancellation letter from CellC, when I told her I did not received anything then she told me they cannot help me because I did not receive the cancellation letter from CellC, after that I still paid some of the outstanding balance according to them,
The number of Pholosa debt councillers is as follows: 0113174308=according to them I owe CellC R1047.
