Autopage makes an account query impossible

Earlier in the year I was overcharged by Autopage. I queried this with the branch in Gateway but by this stage the money had already been deducted so I was referred to the accounts department. After long period of holding I eventually got through to the accounts department who verified that there was a calculation error on the account and I was given a credit note for the amount. This should firstly never have happened as we put faith in the systems of our service provider.

In two consecutive months I received two massive accounts related to data consumption which I could not possibly have incurred. I queried this with the Autopage office in Mt Edgecombe who could only pass me on to accounts again. I spend far too much time holding and on two separate occasions I reached accounts who acknowledged that a credit note would be passed (this was before queried the second account) and that they would call me back. I have not heard anything more. I phoned back to to query the second account and again was promised feedback which I did not receive

I have no idea what other route I can follow to get clarify on the matter and for my queries to be taken seriously!!
