Terrible client service!!

I Phone monday (09/09) to purchase data bundle. Spoke to Tersia. She said it will be activated within 24 hours.
NO DATA BUNDLE RECEIVED! Tue (10/09) late afternoon I phone again and spoke to Luandle(?). She said that Tersia did something wrong, but she will fix it and a sms is sending while we spoke. Still NO DATA BUNDLE OR SMS! I Phone again wed (11/09) after 17H00. A Lady (didn't catch her name) said she will take it up with her manager and that I will defnitely have my data bundle by thur morning. It's now 12H30 thursday afternoon and guess what!!! NO DATA BUNDLE!! Am I the stupid one? Can someone please let me know what else can I do?
Never in my life autopage again!!
