On 1 July 2013 I requested an account migration from an Everyday 120 to a Talk 200 as well as a data bundle migration from 500MB to 1GB. The data bundle was migrated, but the talk package wasn't. I logged a query with Vodacom on 23 August 2013 (Ref 307388045) and another query on 28 August 2013 (Ref 307842059). Up to date, this matter has still not been resolved and there has been no proactive feedback from Vodacom - I continuously have to contact them to follow up.
My account was quite high as a result of the migration that did not take place and I feel I should not be responsible for the payment thereof and would like to be refunded.
