A week ago we phoned to change my husbands debit order to his new account, today the debit order did not go through because the detail is not changed, do you people think we phone and hold on for how long because it's pure fun??? now who will pay the debit order money cause it did not go off? and are you actually going to change the detail, after how many phone call will this happen? I can't even get on to the MTN website>> please make sure you change the detail as requested I am not going to phone you to make sure you get the money do your job and you will get your payment on time
