Poor Customer Service

I have taken out a new contract with Cell C, at the time my account was verified and up to date, July 2013. The first debit order payment should have been the 15th August 2013, instead my bank was debited on 16th July 2013.
Query 3071603011 was logged on 16/07, requesting that the monies deducted be returned to my account. Thato makobi phoned back but was unable to assist me on the 18/07, he had to confirm with his supervisor. Never phoned back. Today received a sms that my account is in arrears and case closed.
I phoned Cell C on 23/07, Zannele Mzinyaphi, she could not put me through to Thato and confirmed that no manager was available to assist me at 14h10.
Point is I have a bank statement proofing that my account is not in arrears, and nobody from Cell C to rectify this matter.
This is PATHETIC!!!
