Telkom online billing doesn't work

I can't pay my Telkom bill on their website anymore (was doing it for 2 years at least). I go through all this convoluted website entering my info and CC details and when I click the final "pay" button the payment doesn't go through! It says "processing, be patient" or something like that. I left it once for the whole night and it still did not process. And to think that these guys are running a communication company. Pathetic!
