Contract cancellation

I opened up a telkom data contract two months back after a telkom sales agent assured me I could get network coverage in my area (Fourways). Upon taking out the contract i realised that i could not get any network coverage and thus have never used the service. After a month of frustrating back and forth's with Telkom i managed to get the contract cancelled however Telkom would not refund me. This is despite the fact that i have never used their service (due to lack of network coverage) and that the cancellation was not of my choosing. This whole ordeal has gone on for two months now and the service has been appauling. I have opened up case after case after case but to no resolve (My latest case number is 6380608). As I write this I am on hold with their call centre, waiting to speak to a manager, who will come and tell me that they will ESCALATE my case. Well im not interested in that, we've done that dance too many times before, i just want my R372 back.

i am still on hold, i have been for close to 5 minutes...

Very Frustrated.
