Account number 105414482. Please explain to me why I receive a sms from Pholosa saying my account was handed over for the amount of R1642.92? i received a letter after my Internet contract expired earlier this year. I've made a payment of a R1000 and found out there was R462.51 outstanding after ell c sent me a letter stating so. Payment was made 30/04/2013 and the slip was faxed to Cell C. My account was closed and the number (it ended up in my dustbin) was canceled. On your system it shows as Pre-paid. Cell C never called me to say there was money outstanding and it was confirmed the account was cleared. It was confirmed by the baboons in your call center that the account was not in arrears. Obviously Cell C messed up somewhere (I never even received any statement proving that I owed that money). Since the account is handed over, Cell C cant even assist me in proving that that amount was still outstanding. I want FULL statements emailed to me by latest Monday. i want this issue sorted or my lawyer will deal with you and you will carry the cost. You are wasting my time!!! I am currently on Prepaid using your useless network and will sort that out too.
