The Cobble Walk branch in Durbanville closed mid Jan 2013 due to a fire and to date has not opened. I joined the club in Oct 2013 and paid membership fees upfront for 3yrs with a R250. still due. I have no idea what the state of the so called "REPAIRS" are as I frequent the centre and have yet to see any sort of restoration/repair work commence. I am disgusted at the lack of feedback given to members and that we are constantly being given the run.
I am not being harrassed by a collection agency called Saya Recoveries CC via email and with telephone calls to my place of employment!!! Why must I pay when my membership has been frozen since Jan 2013 and why is it so difficult for you to keep your records updated as I have to constantly provide proof that I requested my membership be frozen until the Cobble Walk branch re-opens! Disgusted and appalled at the bad service and once my contract expires I will never rejoin Planet Fitness and will tell my family and friends to avoid them like the plaque!
