I have been a loyal customer of Milady;s for more than 30 years. During that time my account has never been in arrears or have I failed to make payment of the full instalment due.
I have made regular instalments of -R520, 00 per month until my account was nearly settled, An amount of - R200 was still outstanding. I made further payments over a 2 month period of R378 and R240 and also paid a further amount of R300, 00, leaving a balance of - R700. I have received a "sms" from Mildays today (16/4/2013) demanding an instalment of R595, 17 immediately. Surely the monthly instalments must be recalculated if the balance is only R700. If this is not the case, I can just as well close my account and buy cash at any other store.
