Buying a 3 part ring for my fiance, I was invoiced what I thought was the total for all 3 rings .
As the 3rd ring was not in stock, and placed on order, we decided to send all 3 rings when collecting the 3rd.
As it was NOT READY for Collection as promised, we decided to send the current 2 rings, and have NWJ send the 3rd ring on my behalf.
When I was asked to may for this upfront, I thought it was for the re-sizing.
When inspecting my bank statement, I found it to be the price of the 3rd ring.
I was NOT told the 3rd ring was not included in the first invoice.
To my shock, I still have to pay the re-sizing, which I was SURE was already dealt with. This is unprofessional, to have your customer realize with a shock that the amount drawn from his account was for a whitegold diamond ring, and not re-sizing!
