I was very unhappy with the service i received from Game yesterday! I waited a day because i was very angry and I did not want to send a complaint in an angry state. I will no longer be making any purchases at Game. I would rather deal with a company that respects its customers and is willing to listen than to pay a little less and have to deal with them.
I purchased a fruit juicer that came with a 2 year guarantee. I purchased the juicer on the 3/1/2013. I use the juicer every day as I have cancer and I need to get as much vitamins and minerals into my body, so I can deal with the treatments my Oncologist is putting my body through. I was told by Game staff (which included the department manager and then spoke to the store manager) that they needed to send the juicer in for repairs. i explained that i needed to use the juicer daily to deal with the treatments and that i would be forced to purchase another juicer. They did not even blink by my response and i was forced to leave the store empty handed - the repairs can take up to 21 days! Due to this I had to go and purchase another juicer. The juicer was just over 3 months old and the staff had no compassion, how disappointing!
