Although I have read quite a few complaints for Zando on HP, I can only say my experience has been great. The first order I placed, the goods, literally arrived at my desk the very next day (and I am located in Johannesburg).
The second order the sneakers although marked size 9 were more like a size 8. I tried to fill in the RETURN from online but got stuck with not being able to fill in my bank details. Using the online chat I was assisted by Z'Derp who then did the entire return process for me. The money was returned to my bank account within a day and the courier collected the sneakers from me the following day.
All in all Zando has been a pretty painless and great shopping experience. I would recommend them anytime. Of course purchasing fashion items without trying them on first will always hold the risk of perhaps of some returns.
