THE HIGH PRICE FOR SERVICE DELIVERY

I walked into the pavilion store on friday evening around 5:30 and went to the technical department to complete a trade-in however to my surprise there was only 1 technician available and he was busy trying to help 4 customers at the same time and here's where it gets better i had to wait over 20 minutes to get some help, the manager on duty was busy smiling and playing fifa on his playstation and didn't care to even look my way although to be fair the technician acknowledged me and how he remained calm and efficient under those conditions i cannot fathom, i would have lost my marbles. It's fair to say upfront and very openly that you chain of stores are not the cheapest in town not by a long shot. I called in earlier to the head office and spoke to kevin who just apologised and that was that. When you get poor service with high prices it means 1 of two things either someone at head office is making too much money to care or the store concerned needs more staff and proper management who are prepared to go the extra mile for the incredible prices that YOU charge. Please catch a wake up times are tough why should i spend my hard earned money with a store that doesn't give a?
