On 8 December 2013 I paid R450.00 to the supplier of Little Luxury for a base of a water filter. On 9 December I had mail that they will post it. No. 1 the original agreement was that it would be courier to me, and I paid the R50.00 towards the courier cost. It is today 12 January and yet, no delivery. What happened to my money and why is the service so pathetic.
