I am completely disgusted in the service i have received! My finance and myself got engaged on the 25/12/2013, when the ring was purchased from the American Swiss branch at the Waterfront the lady that assisted him firstly said that all the rings are a standard size and that there would be NO charge for the FIRST re-sizing that had to be done. Last week i took the ring in to be re-sized and it was said that there would be a fee of R100 for the re-sizing. My finance decided to take the ring back to where he purchased it and it was said that there would be a fee of R70. But at both branches it was said that we could only bring it back when they re-opened on the 6/01/2014. So this morning i took the ring in to the Mimosa Mall store and it was said that they would send it in to be re-sized but they cant promise that it can be done because it is so many sizes smaller. Now my question and my frustration come in, when why could this not have been said the other two times i was in the store? I am disgusted at the service! and the fact that they couldn't care less!!!
