I am a male and i bought a pregnancy test for my girlfriend, unfortunately it was not working had lost the slip in the car park in the rain. I found the slip wet n full of gravel but clear for 1 to read, as embarrassing as it looked the guy at the till was helpful n asked his supervisor to refund me. Thandeka (supervisor) first asked if i used it correctly laughing in my face, then made a call on their staff phone n chuckled with the person on the line for a while then finally went to get another tester to replace the faulty 1 as i stood there laughing stock of the day. Then after doing the transaction she stated while handing me the preg test "if this 1 doesn't work then you can't use it " and continued laughing as i left.
