We bought a beautiful couch from Coricraft earlier this year. After about 2 months of owning it, the couch made a squeeky noise. We reported it, a good inspector came, the couch was collected and within a week it was fixed and back. That's where the good service ended..we realised soon after that, after its return, the couch now wobbled. We went to coricraft Centurion, submitted the complaint but heard from nobody for a week. Went back the following weekend to re-report it and note that we hadn't heard anything, were told we'd be contacted. Its been another week now (2 weeks in total) and still we have not been contacted. I bought my couch from them because their reputation implies quality products and good service. I'm quite disappointed that thus far, this is not what I've received...
