I went to sissy boy gateway branch on 24/11, I saw the sneaker wedge on display, I asked how much is the shoe as there was no pricing on the item, I was told its R600, so I asked for a size 3 in black, they did not have the size in store so they orderd it from another store, on 26/11 they smsd to say its in store, so I went to pick it up on the 29/11. I tried on the shoe it felt big so I queried the size the lady parusha said its a size 3 in a 4 box.but the shoe says size 4 on, I then asked to try another colour size3, it was perfect, I'm off that I was to about the size being a 3. She then got out a 3 in blk which was kept aside for another customer n she said I can have that shoe. Going to pay I see the box says R699, I then ask her if the shoe is 6 or 7 hundred, she says its R700. I asked why did she tell me 600 if its 700, n tried to make her remember she did tell me the wrong price. She then says oh I cannot give it to u for R600 cos its R700. I really love the shoe so I paid the R700 I hate the service I was offered. Sissy boy should employ staff who puts on price tags n know prices off hand. Not forgetting sizes as well. From a 1 to 10 rating I give a zero!
