I would like to lay a complaint against the Game store in Sandton. My wife and myself went to this store on Saturday 26 Jan 2013 looking for a fridge. When we had finally found one within our price range and decided to buy it we approached the sales assistant. She promptly informed us that there was no stock available and blamed it on Defy. My problem with this is that the store should not be displaying an item for sale if there is no stock. She then offered to sell us the demo model so I asked what sort of discount would be offered. She conferred with her manager and came back to us with a whopping R150 off the price. Seriously Game? R150 off the floor model which has been handled by countless people and has clear scratches on it?
