For years we have been exchanging our empty Sodastream gas bottles. Sunday20 th went to the counter. It became obvious to us that the lady at the cigarette counter did not know what to do and couldn't articulate the problem.. Usually they scan in the new bottle price and subtract the price of the exchange bottle. Seems as if they did not have a barcode label for the exchange bottle. The lady behind the counter left her post to go and call a supervisor.
When the supervisor arrived after much discussion she announced that they don't do exchange any more and we had to just buy a new bottle. I don't believe her statement is true because we then went and exchanged it at the PnP supermarket around the corner -no problem. It was just her way to get rid of us a problem customer..
I expect that each work station should be fully operational and if there is a problem to please indicate by putting up a sign or telling us immediately
