Extreme poor service

I bought two cloths for my girl friend from identity Westgate mall, and when I returned the cloths, I received the worse service of my life from a store manager Wendi, I dont know if thats how identity treats they customer but that where I dont wana do my shopping for the rest of my life, I dont wish any of my friends or people who work for their money to spend on that kind of store. Hope they get good managers with good morale before its too late
