I always buy cash and was offered a Thank U card by a Jet employee when it was just introduced some time ago. Since I received the card I have never used a single point and just buy. After a purchase on 17 September 2013 the cashier showed me onthe slip that I have R114 to spend which was earned by the points. I told her that I will spend it some other time. Then a day after on the 18th I received a sms that I got 50000 points for free which brought my cash back amount to R65. So I sent an e-mail to request a statement to check my points allocation and queried if points are forfeited when you receive free points. No response was received. So I called today to check and was told by Penny that they do not keep track of purchases and points allocation. So now my query is? : How would they then know how many ponits a erson has if they dont keep some kind of track on the points and if you cannot get a statement. I also tried registering online to view my card status, but their system does not allow registration as it accepts no password at all. It just keeps taking you back to the screen where u put your details.
