On the 24th of August 2013 I purchased a track pants from total sports Pavilion. When I got home I put on the pants for a team building event however I then noticed holes on the bottom of the pants. I then took in the pants to the store the following weekend to exchange. I was then told that the store Manager was not in and that the Manager will contact me within the week regarding my query. The Manager did contact me however a decision was made saying the pants could not be accepted without even looking at the pants. After a lengthy conversation the store Manager agreed for me to bring in the pants so that she could discuss with the area Manager. Once again I took to torn pants to the store for the area Manager to inspect. A day or two later, I revived an email from the area Manager stating that the pants cannot be exchanged as this was not a manufacturing fault.
