Something needs to change at Pick n Pay Greenstone. Over the last few (3) months the service at PNP has deteriorated. Most recently - many of the items on the shelves have no prices, the merchandisers and PNP staff block the aisles and have a bad attitude towards customers, the pricing in the meat department was shocking. The "specials" had been left up while the prices on the packages were different. The store opens at 9am but often the meat shelves are only stocked later. The trolleys are dirty and so badly packed you can barely get one out. The last two times I have been shopping - there have been too few till open and long queues. I have been shopping there since the store opened and like the fact that I can get so much under one roof but the above issues are making me reconsider my shopping options!
