Very disappointed in service received from Simba.
Opened a packet of tomato flavored Simba chips and literally found 1 spiced chip inside. I still have the picture to prove it. As a buyer of Simba chips for almost all my life I decided to write Simba a letter as advised to do when not entirely satisfied with the product.
Two weeks passed and finally I heard from Simba, a lady (forgot her name) phoned me to listen to my complaint. She then asked for my postal address so she can send me a letter to apologise (or so I believed). Since today 3 months later I have not received any correspondence from Simba whatsoever.
Mail sent on 3 June 2013 with subject "Not entirely satisfied with recently bought Simba Tomato Chips

I feel very betrayed by Simba as they actually accepted my money for terrible chips and then made me believe that they were sorry. Best of all I just read that Simba actually sent someone a voucher for gesture of goodwill, wow how is that for double standards. Simba you definitely failed in my eyes and lost a customer.
