I first purchased products from Zando in December 2012 which was not a good experience (complaint posted on this site). The problem was late delivery, incorrect order and late, begged-for refund. I decided to give Zando another chance because I like the concept, products and convenience. I have since had 6 more orders, all 100% correct and delivered within 48 hours. Well done, on the great service.
