I went to American Swiss at Rosebank Mall and one of the assistant found me looking at some rings and offered to help me and as i was explaining what i was looking for she was not interested in helping me find what i want but actually wanted me to leave the store sooner than later, she was irritated with me. I was supposed to know everything about rings but in the first place i went there so i could get a chance to get well informed details about their rings and make a sound decision. So what is the point of having assistants in store who are not eager to help and explain to customers.
