Chasing customers away

I went to ring up my goods and buy cigarettes at the counter. Because i have more than ten items. I allowed all the other customers to go ahead of me. Cos the front tills were full and I was in a hurry. When there was no one at the counter i approached. I had about fifteen items. The rude lady at the cigarette counter refused to serve me even though there was no one else there?
You may have great specials, but its that type of attitude from your staff that will send customers running in the opposite direct
