On 12-07-2013 I received a letter from ADT dated 01-06-2013 informing me of an increased monthly fee. It is pathetic to receive notification a month and 12 days after the increase has been implemented. Furthermore this is the second increase in 1 year which to me as a pensioner is unacceptable and unaffordable. It seems that this is the policy of ADT to increase fees 6 monthly. My son who signed with ADT in this week will be paying R64.56 per month less than me for the same services. Unfortunately I have to look at alternate services at a better price.
