I am very disappointed with Altech Netsar. My tracker has not been working for 3 months, I have been chasing Altech Netstar, being sent from pillar to post trying to get it fixed. I then after three months of Altech Netstar not being able to fix my car and not caring about it, asked them to cancel my subscription. They have not done that, they have deducted money for the month of June despite the fact that its been 4 months with my tracker not working.
