I've had a vehicle tracking device with Altech-Netstar when it stopped working after 7 months of installation. I have been making phone calls since July last year still with no solution. I have been to by the customer care personnel of Altech-Netstar who promised to send someone to come fix it.
I'm am paying for a service that I'm not receiving. If my car should go missing who would be held responsible because my insurance would not pay due to the non-functional tracking device.
