At the beginning of May 2013 I received an account for one year's subscription to ADT's armed response. As I am moving in two months I e mailed them asking for my account to be calculated monthly so that I can pay up until the day that I leave. I have subsequently followed this e mail up with another three requests and have not had the courtesy of a reply. I had a similar situation in March when I had a problem with their accounts department and sent several e mails, to which I also never received a reply. If they can't even respond to e mails how can I expect them to respond to any emergency that may arise? I hardly ever see them patrolling the street where I live so will shortly be changing to another, more efficient security company.
