Refreshments service - Terrible

After pre-booking tickets and arriving at the cinema 20 minutes early, the service that was encountered at the refreshments counter was terrible. There were three couples in front of us in the queue and it took over 20 minutes to serve them. When we reached the front of the queue two of the tills were closed and the people operating the tills walked off. With six people working behind the counter, there should be no excuse for refreshments to take so long. Since the movie had already started, we had to leave without being served.
