DEPOSIT NOT REFUNDED

I occupied 56 crimson manor in montana for over 3 years, and over the years, various property agencies took over from the other (previous one).

the above-mentioned property agency took over from Seacrest agency in November 2012, after the change of ownership. I did not sign a contract with them because my current one was still in existence. At the end of January 2013 I gave them notice that I will be vacating the unit at the end of February, Ben agreed to this, and I returned the keys.
I have since been waiting for my deposit to be refunded with no luck, I have phoned, e-mailed, but still, nothing helps. Its been over 6 weeks of distress, i am being taken to pillar to post, at some point he told me an EFT transaction was done, I should receive the money later that week, at some point he argues that the unit was left dirty, but he's not saying how much he's going to deduct for that, and pay the rest of the deposit. lately he is not taking my call, nor respond to my e-mails. the office cannot even refer me to anyone who can assist me other than him. its like ive reached a dead end and im supposed to forget about my money.

I moved into riviera mews in Jan 2016 signed a year contract.I got the keys of the flat from a lady staying in the complex.Ben wasnt there the day i moved in the flat were dirty except for the walls.I gave notice 1st Dec 2016.Now its a struggle to get my deposit back after calls emails i received R650 back where my deposit were R3700.According to Ben the flat was left dirty the walls were so bad that he needed to repaint the unit.The wooden couch which i gave to the new tenant were removed so he had to hire someone.The shower were dirty according to him he had to pay for cleaners.So all that were R3050 whereby i cleaned the unit before i left and i didnt got it clean.No exit inspection were made no arrangemnts for the keys were made i had to search for the new tenant to give him the keys.I just want to warn people from that guy.Its seems like hes getting angry when u ask questions.I think he wants to use my money to fix the stuff which i reported that was suppossed to be fixed while i was staying there with my money.Please watch out for vampires like him.Thank you.
