I rented a flat (906 Hollard place) from midcity for 2 years and in all those years inspections were done on the property and no damages were found. I moved out on the 30 of November 2013 and on the 2nd of December I did a final inspection with their inspector and he told me he was happy with the way I left the flat (clean and damage free) so I was shocken when today after many phone calls to the agency wanting my deposit I receive R2010 into my bank account instead of R2960, I was like what the, where is the rest of my money. I left your one peace. I was not shocked though coz I read many reports by people. Ripped off of their deposits by this agency with silly reasons. I WANT MY MONEY. If you want peace of mind donr rent from mid city, they are rip offs.
